Found Materials Solar Hot Air Panel

Walking along the creekbank behind the store,
I ran across half a sliding glass door.
and some flat galvy sheet steel and various other bits of detritus from this civilized world.

Inspiration hit,
this stuff would make a solar air heating panel
with the thought in place, I set to work

there was already a rough hole hacked thru the wall, I just cleaned it up some.
used some 1x2s that I found as a spacer for the galvy, & as a frame

cut the galvy to fit, screwed it in place & slopped some dark latex on it
not a hitech selective surface, but it's what I had

cut in a hole at the bottom, insulated the hole at the top
some more 1x2 spacers & installed the glass
instant Free Heat on cold clear days from
a solar panel built from garbage found on the creekbank
